30-Day Limited Warranty
Luxury Gaming By Nova ("the Company") warrants that all custom-built gaming PCs sold directly through our website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery ("Warranty Period").
Coverage
During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the product due to faulty materials or workmanship, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product, free of charge.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Any software or data loss.
Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact the Company's customer service team within the Warranty Period and provide proof of purchase. The Company may request additional information or evidence to assess the warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the product.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
